Amla Chutney

Ingredients:

4 fresh Amla fruits

1 small bunch of cilantro (coriander leaves)

2 green chilies (optional, for spice)

1 teaspoon cumin seeds

Salt to taste

A pinch of jaggery or honey (optional)

A little water

Instruction:

  • Remove seeds from the Amla fruits and chop them.

  • Blend Amla, cilantro, green chilies, cumin seeds, salt, and jaggery (or honey) with a little water to form a smooth paste.

  • Serve as a condiment with meals like rice, bread, or snacks.
