
Ashwagandha and Date Energy Balls
Healthy Snack
Ingredients:
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup almond or cashew butter
1/4 cup chopped dates
1 teaspoon Ashwagandha powder
1 tablespoon honey
A pinch of cinnamon
Desiccated coconut (optional, for rolling)
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix until well combined.
Roll the mixture into small balls and coat with desiccated coconut (if using).
Store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
Enjoy as a quick energy snack during the day.
