Ingredients:
1 banana
1 cup almond milk (or any preferred milk)
1 teaspoon Ashwagandha powder
1 teaspoon almond butter
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
Blend all the ingredients until smooth.
