
Ashwagandha Golden Milk
Bedtime Tonic
Ingredients:
1 teaspoon Ashwagandha powder
1 cup warm milk (dairy or plant-based, such as almond or oat milk)
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
A pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg (optional)
1 teaspoon honey or jaggery (optional, for sweetness)
Heat the milk gently in a saucepan, ensuring it doesn’t boil.
Add Ashwagandha powder, turmeric powder, and cinnamon/nutmeg (if using).
Stir well until fully dissolved.
Remove from heat, let it cool slightly, and add honey or jaggery if desired.
Drink warm before bedtime to promote relaxation, improve sleep, and reduce stress.
