Ashwagandha Golden Milk

Bedtime Tonic

Ingredients:

1 teaspoon Ashwagandha powder

1 cup warm milk (dairy or plant-based, such as almond or oat milk)

1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder

A pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg (optional)

1 teaspoon honey or jaggery (optional, for sweetness)

  • Heat the milk gently in a saucepan, ensuring it doesn’t boil.

  • Add Ashwagandha powder, turmeric powder, and cinnamon/nutmeg (if using).

  • Stir well until fully dissolved.

  • Remove from heat, let it cool slightly, and add honey or jaggery if desired.

  • Drink warm before bedtime to promote relaxation, improve sleep, and reduce stress.
