Ashwagandha Spiced Tea

Digestive Aid

Ingredients:

1 teaspoon Ashwagandha powder

1/2 teaspoon ginger powder or freshly grated ginger

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1 cup boiling water

Honey or jaggery for sweetness (optional)

  • Add Ashwagandha, ginger, and cinnamon to boiling water.

  • Simmer for 5 minutes and strain.

  • Sweeten with honey or jaggery if desired.
