Living Reiki: Listening to the Subtle Currents of Life

Completing my Reiki Master training did not feel like reaching a destination. It felt like stepping across the threshold of a deeper practice—one rooted in listening, humility, discernment, and service. In this reflection, I explore Reiki through the perspectives of contemplative practice, science, engineering, yoga, and Ayurveda, while honoring the mystery that cannot be reduced to any single system of understanding.
